Pollock is Professor of the Social & Critical Histories of Art in the School of Fine Art, History of Art & Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds. She is internationally known for her innovative theoretical and methodological work in art, film and cultural theory.
For this talk, Griselda will draw upon her recent work, providing insights on art history today and reflecting upon the issues that the subject is currently facing within all levels of education.
This event forms part of an ongoing partnership between the School of Fine Art, History of Art & Cultural Studies at the University of Leeds and the Association for Art History to promote art history and the humanities in schools and to the wider public.
